Tonie won’t work properly
Only works while on charger. Ive tried several times, including overnight.
I tried 5 hours, then 8, then overs. Still having same problem

My Tonie box will only play when on the charger. I tried charging it for 5 hours.
The second day I charged it 8 hours.
Then overnight. Its only working while its ON the charger.

Verified ReviewerAdvertising shipping before Christmas then gave an estimate of JAN AFTER I paid
I placed an order because they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. After I paid and was sent tracking information days later, the information showed not only was it not going to be delivered by Christmas, but it isn't due until January (when the child and family won't even be there to receive it). The company doesn't take phone calls and won't help.

Thought I ordered a box
I thought I ordered the tiniest box as well but I just got the figures i thought I add the box on and I cant speak to any one

Problem with order
They made an incorrect charge to my order, then the confirmation said it could not be changed. There is no way to contact this company except for email, which they did not respond to.
I called their phone numbers in France and England -both numbers hang up on you. They could have just responded!

Most horrific customer service ever. They never answer the phone.
I called during that very short window that they are open.
I ordered a Tonies box, a case and 52 Tonies last week and I can't get a hold of support.
They will not answer emails or social media
If you go on Facebook or Instagram you can see people complaining where they still haven't been responded to in over 2 weeks. Ridiculous.
