orded a key fob I thought i had lost but later found it. awaiting for a refund as fitem has been returned to you.

Verified BuyerProgrammer says VOID on it
Programmer said void on it. The Simple Key instructions state if the programmer says VOID to exchange it at the retailer it was purchased from. Tom's Key customer service is a nightmare to deal with.

TOM’s key company is nearly ridiculous to get a hold of you. Gotta jump through all kinds of hoops with no results. I’ve dialed four different phone numbers with no results. They say they send the key
I received a key from you guys to replace my car key. Its not the same options on the key that mine is. I need to talk to someone to get this straightened out.

Despite ALL of the promised in the documentation your *** product managed to erase my ONLY WORKING FOB. So now I have a DEAD vehicle right next to my house with a snowstorm on the way. And because THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE OVER THE WEEKEND, I am ABSOLUTELY STUCK without a solution.
THIS IS LITERALLY the worst consumer/product experience of my 59 years on this planet.

New key cut does fit my car. I need to resend photos of both side by side.
I have none. The key you cut will not work and is only similar to original key.
Im going to make a photo of the two keys side by side and email them to you.
Please consider sending me a new uncut key and rebate my cost. Then I will get it cut locally.
