Tom has repaired two radios for me, both superbly done. He shows great attention to detail and turn around time was not long at all.

Terrible radio restoration

AI Highlights
  • Three radios came back damaged: scratched, non-stock parts, loose screws.
  • Items sent were not completed, and I would discourage using this company.

Sent three transistor radios to Ton's antique radio restoration and when they came back to me one was severely scratch on the face, the other had non stock parts and the third was returned with a broken *** chasis screws left loose or were not put back. Most of the things I sent the radios in for was not complete When Tom received the radios he fired off an email to me complaining about the packing"peanuts"...

said he should charge me for the clean up. I responded and said I was sorry and if he is uncomfortable to send them back, his responce was he was having a bad day

I would discourage anyone from using this compane

Tom has done nothing but great work for me. I've had him do 2 Zenith Tombstones radios which came back in excellent condition.

Anyone who would use packing peanuts for a collectable radio is asking for it to be damaged in shipping no matter what the size of it is. BTW: it's not compane it's spelled company.
