Does not allow you to cancel membership, took $40 from the start, and who knows what per month. Does not and cannot do what they say they're going to do and does not allow you to cancel. You are to schedule a time to call, although there's no number to call and no available time frames.

Ive been attempting to close this account for more than a year
SCAM artist fraudulent company - No listed customer service telephone and they do not respond when you attempt to close the account and they keep stealing my money for more than a year and my Credit score has only decreased !!! FRAUDSTERS do not use this company !!!o not use this company they will not allow you to cancel

They will not refund the subscription even though they no longer have a credit card. I wrote to the BBB and I will have my bank reverse the funds.

Charged unauthorized
I was charged for an upgraded subscription that was not authorized. Tomo credit charged me 29.98 for something I didn't ask for. I've been emailing and calling about a refund and I haven't heard anything back.

I have asked this company to close my account many times but just get an email saying they are sorry to se me go
I requested an account cancelation for this Tomo credit account last month when never used it. Every since then I have been getting billed $14.00 for a membership I don't even use..
I am not your family.
I should not have to be billed anything and want my money from this piracy activity. I will contact the FTC if this continues.do D

I didn’t even sign up for this company
Never signed up for this subscription. Found out they have been charging me 8.99 per month for past 8 months.
They have no customer service and no way to cancel.
