Novice/licence disc and spare key

I bought a second hand 2012 chev utility on the 31 October 2015 at Tommy martin Krugersdorp. They gave me the car without a spare key. They made me pay for the car registration, but they failed to register the car after many times of calling and visiting them personally. The disc expired on the 31st of January 2016, I told them that, and they just gave me a temporary permit. I took my case to the ombudsman, then after six months from the date of purchase they gave me the licence disc and I haven't recieved a spare key after 8 months from purchase date. Maybe someone is planning to use the key on my bakkie.

BRAND NEW CHEV UTILITY 1.8 SPORT

I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CHEV UTILITY BAKKIE FROM TOMMY MARTIN ROODEPOORT. ON DELIVERY I NEVER GOT ANY SERVICVE BOOK AND MANUAL. THE CAR WENT BACK FOR NOICE ON BRAKES. THEY TRIED TO SOLVE IT BUT IT WENT BACK AGAIN. THEY SKIMMED THE NEW BRAKES AND GONE THE NOISE WERE. THEN MY BUCCO CANOPY STARTED TO BULBBLE. THEY FIXED IT BUT DAMAGED MY PLASTIC RAILINGS.. MY HOOTER ISNT WORKING STILL THE CAR WENT BACK AGAIN AND THE PROBLEM WASNT SOLVED.. I WENT ON HOLIDAY AND MY CAR CUTS OFF FOR 5MINUTES EVERYTIME I FILL MY TANK WITH PETROL. THE CAR HAS N MISS ASWELL SO TODAY 8/01/2013 MY CAR IS BACK AGAIN AT TOMMY MARTIN.. WILL THEY BE ABLE TO FIX EVERYTHING TODAY.... LETS HOPE AND SEE
