Didbt receive package
I initially placed my order in mid Nov. I realized last week it never arrived and checked the tracking. On 12/15 Customer Service sent order again that was aupposed to be to me in a few days. Its thursday night, 12/22 and the package has no updates since the 21st and i dont have it. I will now have to go out the Friday before Christmas to buy something. This is a $325 order so not a small order. I couldn't be more frustrated & angry. While my son loves these products, I will need to find a replacement.
User's recommendation: Not sure what to say here. Order 3 months in advance instead of 6 weeks.

I called your customer service and the call did not even go through. My order was cancelled for no apparent reason.

Delivery not received
My package kept showing out for delivery when I checked on it. After being 8 days late I reached out to customer service and they said it was delivered 12/13 and left at mailbox. There are 5 other mailboxes next to mine, strangers walk and drive by it all the time, and someone took my package. I dont know why DHL wouldnt have left it at my door other than laziness.
