I took my BMW 330ci to Tom Williams BMW in Birmingham Alabama to fix a central lock switch button , but they called me and said the control arm bushings are worn out and need to be changed , so i told them that there is nothing wrong with the car but they said that it is dangerous and they are worn out so i said ok . I picked up the car aftercthey finished and boticed that there is something wrong with the car , every time i hit the brakes the steering wheel jerks , so ictook it back to them and they said nothing is wrong so i took it to two more repair shops and they said the new control arm bushings that were installed by Tom Williams BMW were deffective and need to be replaced . These are the new arm bushings that were just installed by tom williams in irondale alabama and they are deffective . Tom williams is refusing to do anything for me and BMW north america is also refusing to do anything . I submitted a complaint to the BBB better business bureau but nothing yet .I am asking anybody that lives in alabama and has a BMW to not take your car to TOM WILLIAMS BMW because they have poor customer service and poor quality repairs and they will NOT honor the warranty .
I am also asking if there is a lawyer in birmingham alabama that is willing to help me sue tom williams in birmingham alabama and BMW north america please call me or email me or leave me a response here
My BMW car is not safe to drive now because of the bad bushings and i have 4 children that i am not comfortable letting them ride in this car

I took my wife z4 bmw in for an oil changed at Tom Willims bmw & when we got it back it had forty seven miles & a quarter tank of gas burnt up. This has happen twice on another oil change with thirty seven on the speed odometer . ask the service manger why it was driven these miles & after I had brought two z4 from them --he said if I don't like the service { JUST TAKE IT SOME WHERE ELSE } you can bet we will never buy anything there anymore & anyone else will be told of how they operator !
