Paint bubbling up on aluminum hood of a 2007 Mustang GT.

I am the original owner of a 2007 Mustang GT convertible . Vehicle has been garaged in a heated structure and driven about 1500 miles a year.
Has never seen snow and is polished and washed always. I found what I thought was a nick on the hood and later found the paint was bubbling up on the top and under the hood along the edges. I called Ford and now I have a case number. After contacting the dealer and several body shops, I found this is a very common problem on Mustang hoods for many years and Ford has not supported and dismissed this type of complaint.
I will recontact the dealer and see if Ford will correct their mistake and give a customer the support needed to fix this problem. Stay turned.
