Dear Tom Ford Assistance,
I have lost the magnetic clip-on sunglasses for my TF 5896B glasses. I called my Eye Doctor to order a replacement and they said, 'Sorry, you have to buy a whole new frame, that will come with the clip-on magnetic sunglasses.'
Are you kidding?
Should I shell out $750 to get a pair of clip-on sunglasses?
So, I will never buy another TF product. I'm going on Reddit to let folks know. I told my Eye Doctor that if they continue to carry TF frames, I'll find a new eye doctor.
That policy is the height of arrogance and disdain for your customers. When I called to complain about this, the fellow hung up on me.

The product lasts 30 minutes. I can buy better copies in Turkey which actually last longer and are of better quality. I am willing to send it back and get a refund.
Please send me the UK address to return it. Very disappointed and a huge, costly mistake to boot!

I was very disappointed to discover *** forming near to the leg hem of a pair of Tom Ford briefs. I have about a dozen pairs of Tom Ford briefs and Ive always been satisfied with the quality and durability.
Each pair cost in the range of £50-£75.
I am therefore alarmed to find *** in this particular pair of briefs. Its something I might have expected from a cheaper product but given your name and reputation, I am left feeling less than satisfied.
