They don’t fix it the first time

Any time I have taken the car in because the engine light has come on Tom Bush Mini does a halfhearted job. Within a week your car is back in service for the same problem.

BEWARE

BEWARE of what they call their "SERVICE DEPARTMENT", after almost 5 years of dealing with Jacksonville, and Pensacola, the words, COMPLETE and UTTER DISASTER, rings SSSSSSOOOO true! DON'T bother making an appointment, it's merely a time set for your consultation, BUT, if they have what they"DEEM" as an emergency for other vehicles, then you get pushed back, and be SURE to have your advisor make you as "Waiting"(in their waiting room) on your vehicle, otherwise, again you get pushed back, if you have one of their loaners. Absolutely goodness FORBID if you have traveled there from out of town, because they could care less!!!!!! IF you have problems or issues with the service department in Jacksonville or Pensacola, make sure to give Shelia, the service manager of Jacksonville, Brian, the service director, or Kathy, the service manager in Pensacola, a call, DON'T expect a call BACK, or any resolution other than double talk! As of my last service on 04-09-19, I will drive to ANY other Mini dealership, besides Tom Bush Mini!!!!!!
