Toll Brothers review in Fulshear-Simonton, Texas: Problem never been fix
Land step crack ,water sink in laundry didn’t drain it right ,drainage backyard problem since I moved in it never fix problems,wall in the room not straight it have to be traight not a pump and curve,people come out to say they need to cut the wall and fix it but warranty people say they don’t need to Cut end up the wall still not straight ,sheetrock never finish at one and always left some issues till now not done,color doesn’t matching after they fix and repaint........

No action by Toll Brothers . Management reviewed with no action with senior management.
They said it was built by code.
It is terrible living in this environment. Four families have moved out.

The drywall contractor they use is terrible, more nail pops then you can count. No one on site that speaks English. The work during construction was done inside at night without light and it shows. The one man who does the warranty work is good but he is overwhelmed

I had the opportunity yesterday to express my opinion about Toll Brothers homes in front of about a dozen people. I was asked for my opinion of a Toll Brothers house because someone else in the room was considering buying. I took full advantage to vent my frustration. I bought at the Enclave at Shrewsbury nearly 5 years ago and have regretted my decision almost every day. The construction is shabby to say the least. I have complained and have had some problems fixed. However I still have numerous problems with the house. One area was fixed and someone was to come and repaint a section and I am still waiting.

Do not build with toll brothers, the quality and integrity of the company sucks. They do not follow thru and all they want is your money.

Horrible job on the exterior of the property and will leave you high and dry! Do not provide the adequate drainage or pitch to their lots and leave a ton to be desired. They will give you the run around and corporate won't respond either. Have given up 3 seasons of...

Absolutely CORRECT!!! Toll Brothers is not a quality builder.
They have pivoted and now the low budget trash of home builders. It's disgusting to say the least.
Greedy self-centered builder that sums it up perfectly. I would not let them build a dog house let alone a real home.
