Toll Brothers review: Hit them where it hurts
What I want to know is when are all the people who have been cheated by Toll going to hit them where it hurts, in the wallet. There should be a way all of the victims can make sure that others are aware of their sales and business practices. Its the only way to stop them and its the only place it hurts They treat women who are alone like we're stupid. They give unbelievable excuses why they " can"t" do something and stall in the hope you will just give up. I think it is company policy. Don't buy from them!

Time of closing loan they says for check list you provide them, oh ya we will take care of all issues within 1 month and 11 months warranty period. Lets you move first, house will settled within warranty period, you submit all your problems and will take care of it....

Draft home from Toll. Insulation was done on the cheap with no air barrier. Energy audit by a third party exposed the issue, but Toll doesn't want to do anything and hides behind "code", while claiming to be a luxury builder and charging top dollar from customers....

I agree. Toll Brothers build the worst condo you can buy.
You’re wasting $300k to $400k on “junk” condo. Inept management does not care about your issues after you sign the paperwork.
I advise not to buy any Toll Brothers property. Terrible building.
