Toledo Shredding Company Trucking Services Should Double Check There Drivers Me And My Friend Was Traveling on Telegraph In Monroe Mi We Were on The Inside Lane And The Truck Was On The Out Side Lane It Happened So Fast And Scared The Holy *** Out Of Me And Friend He Started To Pull Over Into The INSIDE LANE MAYBE WE WAS IN THE BLIND SPOT EITHER WAY HE WITH THE TRUCK RAN ME OFF THE ROAD THANK GOD THERE WAS AN OPENING ON MY RIGHT SIDE O WHERE I COULD VEER OFF OR WOULD OF BEEN UNDERNEATH THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK ..I PULLED OFF TO GATHER THOUGHTS AND THOUGHT HE WOULD STOP AFTER I BEEPED BUT THE TRUCKER JUST KEPT GOING SO FRIEND TOLD ME GATHER MY THOUGHTS AND FOLLOW THE TRUCK WE GOT THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER WHICH IS TOK 8066 OHIO PLATE EP 2015 FUTRELL AM CONCERN THAT IF ONE DRIVER IS LIKE THIS HOW ARE THE REST OF EMM..

Favoritizism in the workplace !
- - There is favoritism toward certain workers.
- - There are extra hours daily except Sundays.
- - There is guilt for leaving early; Leadman harasses staff.
This place is notorious for favoring certain workers and giving them special privilages that other workers don't get. Then they want to turn around and ask you to work extra hours everyday except for Sunday ! On top of that, they try to make you feel guilty or something if you have to leave early or miss a day of work due to sickness or injury.
They also lie to their employees and try to buy our trust with gift cards or occassionally give us $25 - $50 for a Thanksgiving and/or Christmas gift from the company. I'm very surprised that this business is still open because it has no structure and no one cares about anything but what management gets paid from profits !
They also harrass their employees and allow the guy that's supposed to be the " Leadman" to tattle like a little immature child everytime I call or text off work or have to leave early for some legitimate reason. Apparently he's allowed to call off or leave whenever he pleases and no one can say anything about it !
It's seeming to me like they have something against me because they know that I'm a US Army Veteran and that I can do a lot better somewhere else and they been looking for any excuse to fire me and the only thing that they can get me for is my attendance issues even though they still aren't as bad as most of my co-workers. So, basically all they ever do is favor everyone else and try to scold me ! I just blow them off ! HAHAHA !!!
P.S. And they say that I know better ! LMAO !
