The order was totalled before I could give my rewards info. How do I get credit for the purchase? I have the receipt but don't see a way to enter it on the app like most food apps.
To file a formal complaint
I was served a bowl of noodles that were so slimy and disgusting I literally couldn't eat the food. I gave the bowl back and told them, being in customer service myself, that's something I would never put on someone's table.
I wouldn't feed my dogs that. The response to this, instead of offering me a refund or to make something else on the menu, was to take my phone number and offer me a phone call the following day which did nothing to help my situation. The following day, I did not receive a phone call and I had to call them to further voice my displeasure of now having a terrible meal, it not being fixed, expecting a phone call that was disregarded, and then the phone call I made, I was hung up on. I then tried to call back, of course, no one answered for several minutes knowing assuredly it was me calling to complain about being so disrespected.
I finally got a call back and the situation was again unresolved and I was told I would get yet another call back the following day. This is a terrible way to treat customers. This, being my first experience ever going to Tokyo Joe's will, needless to say, also be my last. I have nothing good to say and assure you I will have nothing good to say to anyone who asks if they should go there.
They will definitely be waived off to another location, a different store entirely due to terrible food, atrocious customer service, and an uncaring attitude towards their customers. When we were served, my girlfriend got her food within 3 minutes. They stated my food would take a little longer because it was steak. It took them literally 20 minutes to get my food onto the table and then for it to be that bad, I don't know how this place is even in business.
The food should have come out at the same time. By the time she was done eating, my food had just gotten to the table. It is ridiculous and then to be treated like that is abhorrent.
The manager very easily could have refunded my money or offered me anything else off the menu as a replacement. Instead, I was dismissed out of hand and swept under the rug as if my concerns didn't matter.

The absolute worst experience I think I have ever had anywhere all for the lady taking order and other members of their team argue about the chicken in the bowl and tell me that the way it always is and they were giving me a spot to put my fork! The chicken what was there was dry and tough!
The lady taking the order was stoned I think, not very responsive to just about anything Said to her.
I'm very disappointed and would like to get some kind of compensation but that probably won't happen who do I need to call now to make a formal compliant? Cause I know for a fact that the store I went to did a180 as far as customer service or the cleanliness of the place went down the tubes also, I most likely won't go back unless they make this right!

This issue is Darrius Davis selling drugs to minors and sexually harassing women in store. Tried talking with manager Rob about it but he dismissed the idea and made it about a different employee. THE ISSUE IS THE DANGEROUS MAN AT WORK

Complaint
No customer service available during business hours to address issues I had at store. Ingredients that were never on an item I have ordered may.times before appeared today.
Then I was told I was a liar by the manager as apparently.i have never noticed this item before. I would definitely know if there.were.onions in it food.
Manager 101: Dont argue with the customer. Apologize and ask what could be done to fix.
Oh, and free food is not a fix. A simple apology would have gone far.
Preferred solution: I need nutritional information on your spicy aioli sauce and to figure out why there were onions on today's food when this has NEVER been the case before.
Disappointed with my meal!!!!
I specifically asked that if I order the MoJo Bowl will the white rice be drenched with the sauce, the answer was NO...then I asked to please add broccoli....I receive my bowl and it was drenched with sauce and I couldn't tell where the white rice was and the broccoli !!!!..what broccoli??? Oh the dark chicken was so dry and the pieces were soooo small.
I ordered brown meat because that is usually moist. I rated For me the worst place to go I will never go again.

Nightmare service
When is last night withe the whole family, it was obvious by the fact that 4 employees walked right past us and did not even acknowledge us that this was a mistake. When my wife placed her order the fair complected cashier rolled his eyes and sighed, I mentioned to my daughter that the employees looked miserable.
We waited for our food Wich was not brought to us, so I got up to get it when the same cashier saw me he asked if I needed something, I said is that my food in the bag, he snarled back it was a big order. First off it was dead in here it was 8:30 and there were 5 employees on the place 4 guys 1 female,all equally depressed looking. I went out to the patio where my family was seated and toldy wife who became upset, she went in and asked the cashier what his name was so she could file a complaint, he said no when she asked for a manager he said he was the manager. Then he had the nerve to to dismiss her by saying goodbye.
He then proseded to come out to the patio and yelled at my wife in front of my whole family and 2 other couples on the patio. When she asked him to leave he told her I don't want to talk to you,gave her his back and started talking at me.
I told him he should stop talking and go back inside before it got loud, all this going on in front of my 5,8,23 year old children. The whole experience was a nightmare.I really hope the 5'8", stocky, man with a limp and glasses is really not the manager as I am sure your company could do better.

When visiting our favorite Tokyo Joe's this wk., we noticed that only one employee was wearing a mask. It was a little disturbing to see people preparing and serving food, with no protection. We turned around and went next door to Old Chicago, where everyone was masked.

Don’t go there
I went to the Tokyo joe’s in ft worth off of Bryant irvin. Monday is 2for1 sushi.
I asked for a veggie roll since I have food allergies (tofu). Every time I ask for a veggie roll I get from the managers they can’t change the sushi rolls etc.. but most of not all restaurants state of you have food allergies tell the servers..
last night was the straw that broke that camels back.. I will report you guys to the BBB

Tokyo Joes of Nashua
I'm here to complain about the martial arts studio in Nashua; Tokyo Joes. My husband and I brought my 3 year old son here because he wanted to learn karate. We were paying $132 a month. Doesn't sound like much, but given the fact that my son was learning very little and being priced that much was rediculous. Within a whole month, my son only had 6 hours of martial arts. Half an hour a day for only 3 days. Tuesday and Thursday were the normal days and Saturday was optional. And then for about a whole week went by that my son didnt get to go to his classes because they were on vacation.
Another issue we had was that the "Grandmaster" (the head honcho) told us before signing our son into his classes that he, himself, was going to be teaching the Little Panthers and Dragons(ages 3-6) because he supposidly had more patience and just works well with children. For the first couple days he was teaching my son's classes. After the 3rd day, some teenage girl was teaching the classes. He was doing nothing but sitting in the office9there's a window that looks out from his office into the room for the little kids) and I could see him perfectly sitting on his *** talking nonsense.
We have also found out the the other parents were only paying $80 a month for their child who isthe same age range as my son.
We stopped taking my son to these classes and now we're being harrassed by the Educational Funding Company because we supposidly owe the studio $145. We took him out before they started billing us again, so we shouldn't owe them a dime.
All-in-all I wouldn't recommened bringing your child here. Not in Nashua nor in Milford. It's owned by the same man. Your child isn't learning as much as you're paying. There's other martial arts studios out there that you pay a lesser amount and get more for your money. And they're traditional martial arts like GoJu Ryu that teaches you all of the traditions, unlike Tokyo Joes that teaches you mixed martial arts in which some of the moves they teach you doesn't even make much sense(comming from a wife who's married to a martial artist).

I got to say Tokyo Joes of Nashua is awesome I been going there for 4-5 years and getting my next black belt tomorrow
Ma'am, if you cant tell the fifference between mma (mixed martial arts) and kempo karate, youre a bigger *** than your *** poor review demonstrates. Ive been involved with a couple TJSOSD schools and they are great places to learn a good art.
I've heard bad things about Tokyo Joes from many black belts. Must be for a reason.
Our son goes to the Milford dojo (2 years) and we are extremely pleased. What efforts did you make to have your concerns addressed ?
We have found them to be reasonable and easy to communicate with....I would consider this complaint to be uncharacteristic and NOT representative of the Tokyo Joes we are familiar with. I cannot speak to Nashua but find it sophomoric to include Milford in your complaint.
I've heard some of the satillite schools, specifically Salisbury and Concord, are actually reputable schools. Shame about Nashua though...
