The billing statement didn't arrive on time. I've complained to 21st Century about it long time ago.
Please mail my billing statements ahead of time.
To avoid the stress of not receiving the statement, avoiding late fees, please make sure that my statements arrive in a timely manner. Customer service helped me in paying my bill on a timely manner.

The billing statement never came, due to my anxious concerns about my paying on time, Customer service was readily available, I was able to pay on time. I would request that mailing my billing statement be sent to me way ahead of time. Thank you.

The best scam artist I have ever come across. I switched over trying to save money.
Started policy in March 2023, expires Sept 2023. Made all of my payments but the last one. I was late. Instead of making sure they could be gotte ahold of, I was financially struggling and forced to make a choice: pay the remainder of car loan payment or insurance.
They cancelled for nonpayment, refused to reinstate, forced a new policy, refused to provide paid foot coverage when I was involved in an accident. Now, as a result, one of the other insurance companies demanded my license to be suspended.
- Auto pay only
- Refuse to cover you in an accident
- Cancel your paid policy for one late or missed payment
Preferred solution: Full refund

This company will not protect you or your items. Do not pay them because they have good pricing!!
I now wish I would have paid more with an honest, reputable company. They have helped to cause our lives serious harm. They need to be investigated.
The claims associate was extremely inconsiderate and even disrespectful. I still do not know what to do about my situation and it still haunts me daily.

Please improve the services every reliable insurance should be. Easy #'s to call for road side, free of charge and stop using roadside assistance not related with Toggle who charges $80 just to come out. Fortunately, my roommate has AAA that came promptly to my location.
Ever since Toggle took on 21 Century whom I've been with since 2012 , Toggle have to tally up with the services 21st was consistently doing the necessary services as a competent, ready availability on immediate, easy help, specific #'s to call on every insurance card issued in a timely manner.
