Verified Reviewer |Supposedly supportive housing workers twisting information about what I have said.
- - Two housing support workers unfairly accused me in emails and texts.
- - The repairs worker claimed I complained and then denied it; I want to move out.
I contacted them.My housing support worker passed my comments back but there remain ongoing issues of my 1st housing support worker deliberately messaging me from another housing support workers email address after these people criticised me for sending too many messages and tried to treat me like a child. The repairs support worker said in front of me with another present that I had made a complaint about them not supporting me then when I reacted claimed she hadn't said that conversation.
No. It's tactical from them trying to bring too many people down to see me at once and saying unfair things to wind me up then saying let's move on and not get into a tit for tat situation. Well here's what I think. These people have shown me their true colours and I can't wait to move out and get away from my housing support workers tiny, petty begrudging little brain.
Because she was nice and fair to me before I gave her my evidence of my IT skills and she found out I was a clever person.
The repairs housing worker is lying about the crack in the door trying to make out it was there when I moved in and signed the tenancy agreement but this is unlikely given there is evidence to suggest otherwise of me moving in last November. It's a new clean break.
Preferred solution: Get away from these undermining support workers by finding somewhere to live ASAP
User's recommendation: Be aware of the bullying culture that exists in the homeless sector from housing support staff.
