After a 3day system upgrade ALL member accounts were breached/sabotaged and locked out members. This is the FOURTH (or more) in the past 12 months. When members walkin inquiring about serious breaches, the employees play coy/ play stupid/admit no wrongdoing/ have no ideal what we're talking about/deliberately lie, etc.
