Todd Merrill Studios does not refund deposit
- - Oct 2014: Todd Merrill Studios arranged tables with a featured artist.
- - A $30,000 deposit was wired; no goods were produced and no refund.
In October of 2014, Todd Merrill Studios agreed to have one of their featured artists make tables for me. I wired a down payment of $30,000.00 on 11/03/2014, for tables that were to be made by a date promised by Mr.
Merrill. A few months later I was informed, by the Todd Merrill Studio, that the artist was unable to make the tables and deliver by the date promised. At that time I decided to cancel the order and requested my money be refunded. BEWARE, this organization took my $30,000.00 deposit and never produced the goods nor have they refunded my money.
They do not return phone calls or emails and have made no effort to resolve this issue.
