Todd Homes

I would not recommend Todd Homes. The review posted in 2014 is just as true today.

This company is full of salesmen that are interested in making a sale and do not care about their customers. They are readily available to potential buyers, but very difficult to work with after closing.

They use cheap materials on their homes and properties. The Todd Homes team and their contractors will tell you one thing but do something different, and then stand behind their poor workmanship.

I have a lot more to say, but I need to get a few things out right now. I'll be back.

Had my only walk through in the dark the day of my signing because there was absolutely minor communications from Ron during this time. Todd Homes shut off my electric before I was in the home, so I couldn't see the dry wall disaster. Wayne said the power was out in the neighborhood, but it wasn't. Said he never saw that happen before.

. The dry wall contractors they hired were living in the house. Yes, staying in the house all night and the other house down the street, while they dry walled. I have pictures and can't believe the fix job in the master bath that Wayne did.

It's now just a big crack. Again, have pictures. I'm getting out of the shower, try to turn off the shower, and it doesn't turn off. Had to text Ron, to get someone to fix it.

Again, Wayne said he had never seen that happen before. It will drips....crazy! Most recently, my garage door opener stopped working while I was at work. Ron says via text: sounds like the GFI breaker might have tripped.

Power surge.... happens occasionally.. Sending Wayne. Get a text from Wayne that the garage door supplier is going to call me.

I have a full time plus. I didn't hire the garage door supplier. I'm not going to take time out of my job to meet them. it is their job.

I could write a home buyer builder horror story. Maybe I will. So much more to come. I haven't forwarded a completed list of what needs to be fixed since I've moved in, but it also includes the fact that I am living on a cliff.

The new neighbors insisted that the land be leveled. Unfortunately, I lived 4 hours away, and didn't have the ability to monitor the drive way installation before it was too late. Again, so much more to come.

I will let you know when my garage door opener is fixed. These are facts!

We have been looking for a home and got very frustrated with the existing inventory of homes on the market. Luckily we came across TODD HOMES. We found a New Home that fit our needs and budget. We never knew how affordable a new home could be and we could not believe all the standard features that are included with your new home. The staff at TODD HOMES took the time to explain everything to us and make us feel comfortable with our decision. They are very attentive to all the details evolved. The transaction went much smoother that we could have imagined. Make sure you contact TODD HOMES if you are looking for a new place.

We had our new home built with Todd Homes and had a wonderful experience. From the first time we meet with the sale representative to the closing and then service after completion; everyone was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. They cared for us and our home like we were part of their family. Todd Homes spent the time to customize a home to fit our family needs and budget. The quality and workmanship was incomparable to other homes we saw. They included features that are upgrades with other builders. We had a fantastic experience. We would recommend Todd Homes, LLC to everyone.

I met Mr. Todd and his assistant Gene Kelly, from Todd Homes at the home to be inspected.

The process took about 2 hours which seemed to be through. In the report they had mentioned some things that needed to be fixed so we brought this to the seller's attention. The light in the kitchen over the stove did not work and Mr. Todd said "it's probably just the bulb".

He did not get a new bulb to check it out so I took his word for it since he seemed like he knew what he was doing and I trusted my agent, well it ended up that he never found that my roof was on fire at one time, the light in the kitchen needed to be replaced wires and all, i have old wiring from 1930 which is a fire hazzard, these are just a few things he missed.

He claims that he has been in businees for 25 years building home..lol they are probably all broken down... DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTOR< U WILL BE SORRY I am currently filling a petition to sue hime for the repairsI had to pay for.
