Ticket change
Need to be able to reach a live person. Very frustrating!! We wanted to exchange same day tickets for a different time but there was no way to request that via bot

They are extremely difficult to reach and it took a few weeks for the resolution. Not good communicators, yet in the end I was satisfied but it was not necessary to have to go through so much. They need to have better customer service and better communication.

I am a resident of Brooklyn, New York, and I am experiencing an issue with adding my credit card to purchase Home tickets. Whenever I attempt to add my card, I receive the following error message: "Sorry, something went wrong.
Please try again or contact support if the issue persists."

I purchased tickets for the wrong night.
Last night, I purchased ticket for Stereophonic in New York City for June 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM EDT. The order number is T0504********.
I was supposed to purchase tickets for the evening of June 18, 2024.
Is possible to correct my order so that the tickets are for the correct date. This was totally my screw-up.
