Unable to add credit/debit card

Dear Support Team, I am a resident of Brooklyn, New York, and I am experiencing an issue with adding my credit card to purchase Home tickets. Whenever I attempt to add my card, I receive the following error message: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if the issue persists." Preferred solution: An resolution to my issue. I would like to pursue HOME tickets. The issue is preventing me from doing so. I reside in Brooklyn, New York.

User's recommendation: The issue is not resolved. I am still unable to add credit/debit card to account. I don’t understand what the issue is.

I purchased tickets for the wrong night.

Last night, I purchased ticket for Stereophonic in New York City for June 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM EDT. The order number is T0504********. I was supposed to purchase tickets for the evening of June 18, 2024. Is possible to correct my order so that the tickets are for the correct date. This was totally my screw-up. Thanks
