Missing Order

I made an order on August 30th it is now September 23rd I have not received my order I have not been refunded I checked my bank statement and when I click on the tracking link it says error 404 tracking code not found I have had to spend double what I paid tobacco General for tobacco just waiting for my order this is ridiculous I need to speak with a supervisor to resolve this issue.

User's recommendation: Usually I'd recommend I'd never had any problems for years until recently until my issues resolved I don't recommend using tobacco General however I will gladly change my recommendation if my issue is resolved.

Damaged merchandise

Order 8-1lb. bags of tobacco and 15 filter tubes, products were crammed into a box way too small, and 5 boxes of tubes were totally damaged. E-mailed company twice, no reply. Contacted customer service, they wanted pictures, didn't want to take the time or the trouble, ordered products from their competitor.

Update of order debited on May 21st

Bank debited on 21st order, but no further info, I received last order on 24th, I reordered on 21st and acct was debited, but haveent received confirmation of order/pls advise, order was for the previous product

Lazy online store

1st purchase in November 2019. Was fine ordered on the 2nd received order 9 days later. Shipping is the problem it took 1 day to receive order than 7 days to box i guess and overnight from Vegas a company gls delivered. 2nd order still pending shipping ordered on Jan 7th 2020 still not shipped. Covid is being blamed why its not moving yet

User's recommendation: Avoid if you can but does accept PayPal just no care to customers purchases.

SLOW to SHIP! They TAKE their sweet TIME

4 days to produce a shipping label and they cannot afford to send someone to the post office to drop it off. If you need something, just order it from China. It will get there faster.
