This is my 2nd attempt to get results for a defective toaster. We have had this toaster #14329 less than 6 months.
It burns toast on one side and half toasted on the other regardless of where the setting is. It now has the right side unable to catch and keep the bread down for toasting. I am very disappointed in your not responding to my inquiry about replacement. This toaster has a 2 year warranty on it!!
In reading some of the reviews on this item you have had numerous complaints. I would like to have this toaster replaced with a new one or refund my money!! We bought it on sale at Shopko for $24.99.

1954 Sunbeam two slice toaster still going after all these years. IT WAS MADE IN USA...….Chrome still shines, no dents or scratches, wrapped cord still without tearing.

I bought Cuisinart toaster oven TOB-1010. The baking tray turned black in the dishwasher, and it now turns my fingers black when I handle it.
Then, I found an electrical connector laying loose in the bottom of the unit. I contacted customer service who asked for proof of purchase but then went silent. I have had no further contact from them despite repeated requests. I'm a lawyer, and the fact that I've taken the time to complain here should demonstrate my level of dissatisfaction.
