I paid a deposit and it wasn’t refunded.

I made a deposit on equipment that was never delivered and my refund was never refunded. I have reached out to Toast and the area rep several times but have never received my money. That was a year ago.

User's recommendation: Don’t trust Toast.

Closing time wrong

No help. Told to call door dash and grub hub. They couldnt assist me and said toast had to be the one to fix the problems. Now my toast machine wont accept cash payments. Im losing so much money with these Problems

Terrible. As a former employee of a service who used your product its terrible. The system doesnt even remember me and i was just there last year 2021 in October. Now i cant get my W-2 and nobody answers the phone on customer service. Im not talking through email i want a real person. All i want is access to get my w-2 and ill never need the app again or service smh!!!

I cant believe you dont have any person to answer tha phone line, I had to leave my email to get an answer, we lost money ,we fix it by ourself, no body answer our email and our call, we have a restaurant, we didnt take order with credit card for hours, we lost to much money , we are really mad, I would like to write bad words to describe our frustration with your customer service
