A fence and gate was installed. The gate was installed incorrectly and was unstable. We contacted the company many times over a couple of months for them to return and fix the issue. After waiting for so long, they finally came back and drilled rebar through the concrete and bolted it to the 4x4 posts instead of repairing the issue correctly and now refuse to come back unless I rent the equipment for them and pay them more money to fix their mistake.
