I have been waiting for a parcel this week. Apparently I missed delivery even though I was home.
I was told to leave an authority to leave card for the driver to collect when he delivered the parcel. I did exactly that only to receive yet ANOTHER missed delivery card in the letterbox.
Both times I was home so perhaps the driver could actually knock at the door instead of dropping missed delivery cards in the letterbox!!
I find your service to be incredibly poor.
This is the second time in six weeks this has happened.
As I have my own transport company and understand how it works, all I can say is that you need to perhaps reassess the people you employ and/or concentrate on your customer service a lot more. As we know no service equals no customers.
Please rectify the situation asap.
