Unhappy Resident
We have been here for over a year now, it was quiet until now. The new people coming in are loud and party all night, use foul language and wants to fight people and also do drugs. I can see this place going down hill quick.
Preferred solution: Kick these people out. We want our quiet place back.

Never work for them as a Contractor
After I installed cameras, and got a letter stating all were working well, they refused to pay. I had to take them to court and get a judgement.
They still refuse to pay.
So, I had to get a judgement lien against the business. Now we wait.
Preferred solution: Payment/Judgement to be paid in full.
User's recommendation: Do Not work for them. We are not the only ones who have had this problem.
