Dear TM Lewis Team,
I hope youre well. I ordered 3 shirts, each of size 16/35 and found that each shirts arm was 1 inch longer.
I have been wearing TM Lewin shirts for many years (with the same arm length of 35) and never previously had a problem. Is there a specific reason why the arm length for shirts have changed? Im now conflicted as whether or not to order shirts with arm length of 35 or 34? The shirts I bought are now of no use, I opened all three of them and the arm length is not right at all.
I deeply regret making the purchase from TM Lewin, I am unhappy with these shirts.
I have attached a photograph of an old shirt - clearly of arm length 35- which is a perfect fit. How come the newer shirts have completely different measurements?
Moreover, I believe I was accidentally sent a 4th shirt that I did not order.
It is still packed, Im assuming it also is of an incorrect arm length. What should I do with this?

I have changed my shipping address from 37 pump place old Stratford Milton Keynes mk19 6dl to 31 Buckfast Avenue bletchley Milton Keynes,MK3 6nd.
Anytime i proceed with payment for the orders, it comes up as the zip code does not match with the address on my card.
What should i do.
