I would like to know why you'll have charging my credit card $19.99 fee and who gave promission to charge my card. I believe that these charges are being made illegal and I having my credit card company investigate these transactions because I just noticed the transactions in December and January 2016.

TLC Shopper 8578 I have not ordered anything from anybody, do not know who these people are, do not have money to give away. They charge my account 21.95 and it want happen again.

If they don't stop I will have my Bank press charges. Why are they just charging people and they know that no one has bought nothing.

I did not give these people my bank information are anything, if it is this easy for people to gain access to your bank I may have to stop banking. I hope you people are legal, stop this now.

It has recently come to my attention from my reviewing of my June -July 2013 bank statement that I am, and have been for several months, being billed monthly $16.99 each and every month for services/membership fees I never authorized nor ever requested. Therefore, I herein demand a full refund of all such charges made against my bank account as of today's date,July 31, 2013. I further make this formal demand to cease and desist future charges immediately,as they are unlawful, Finally, I request that I receive a dated confirmation that the above demands have been met and my account closed.

Have been charged for several months $16.99 for TLC shopper; I don't know what company that is; not have I ever bought anything from this source.

I have made fraud complaint to the credit card company.

Have seen several complaints for exactly the same thing.

This is a scam.

Glad I caught it and glad the credit card company is able to refund my money.

I have switched my credit card statements to a paper statement as i find that false charges are easier to spot when AI have the paper and can go over account more slowly.

Reading it on line often is done in a hurry & it is easy to overlook problems.

someone charged two things to my account and the bank called me with a fraud report this may not be the companys fault just beware of fraud iwas shocked to have this happen to me my account was frozen until it was and any orders i did make on line were not paid. I have to reorder the items that the bank would not pay.

Be very carefull when ordering on line. my bank caught in time but it caused a lot of problems.

How ever this happened I do not know. I have enough stress this time of year.

The number of the item are 4308****NOV. So, what is this? Is it a physical item, a service, or something else? The amount of the charge is $19.99.

Could this be the Lightning McQueen pillow that I ordered but did not receive, even though its promised delivery date was Dec. 21?

Your description on my Mastercard should be more descriptive. There should be something in the description so that I can recognize what the charge was for.
