Terrible!
- - Calls are routed overseas with long hold times and terrible on-hold music.
- - They claim to transfer you, but ask for your email to follow up.
When you call to complain, they send your call to a third world country, then they keep you waiting and waiting as they play terrible music on the other end. Claim they're going to transfer you to someone who can help but the person they CLAIM they're transferring you to wants your e-mail address so they can supposedly e-mail you about your complaint! WORTHLESS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY THIS *** ELEVATOR!

Verified ReviewerPut Three Jugs of Sweet Tea into life with two adults and the elevator started to catch fire.
- - Elevator breaks down weekly.
- - A person weighing 500 pounds used the elevator; it smoked and the button burned after 40 presses; a squirrel jumped in.
Don't trust this death trap. The ThyssenKrupp elevator in the apartment breaks down every week.
This fat female got into the elevator and she weighed around 500 pounds and she had 5 to 6 burgers in a bag. The elevator just made a grinding noise and started to smoke. Half of the time I use the stairs. Recently, I bought a LGB train set for my son and I pushed the elevator button around 40 times.
It just made noise and the doors never opened. The button burnt out.
Anyway, walked up the steps with the train set. My wife said a squirel recently jumped into the elevator from above.

Verified ReviewerTired of carrying loads of groceries and doing laundry using stairs.
- - Elevator out for nearly 4 weeks in a three-floor building in Trenton; disabled residents struggle with stairs, health, groceries and laundry.
It's going on 4 weeks with no elevator. We live in Trenton, Ontario.
This building only has 3 floors (thank goodness) but there are many people living here that are disabled/physically challenged and it's taking a toll on their mental/physical health. Some are confined to their tiny apartments because they cannot do stairs. Doctors appointments have been cancelled because of not being able to do stairs. We all know what it's like to try and get an appointment in for health care.
Trying to carry loads of groceries or do laundry is really hard especially for us older ones. I understand that they needed parts but, this is rediculous. I have only seen them here twice and nothing has been accomplished. This needs to fixed now!
This way beyond being a minor inconvience now. I will be writting CEO OR PRESIDENT if something is not done soon.

Verified ReviewerUnpleasant indifferent emergency hotline
- - Stuck in a lift for over 30 min, hotline hung up.
- - Operator misidentified my wife and name; no timing.
- - My wife freed the doors; I was rescued.
Stuck in their lift for over 30 minutes overall. I called service using lift emergency phone, after asking for my location I explained to them the air in the lift is running low her reply was 'you are safe'.
Then she just hung up, without even telling me how long the rescue is taking to arrive. I called again asking so, she hung up shortly after. Third time I called telling her to contact my wife about the incident. At the end of the day, it was my wife who came to the lift where she used her barehands to ply open the doors.
I had the courtesy to call emergency telling them i m rescued. Though I do appreciate a lukewarm apology for the least for going through such ordeal, for I have received none. Her reply was: why would you demand for apology? we sent help!
Oh dear Thyssenkrupp, you are in for big trouble training your staff this way, I assure you! For starters, fix your emergency hotline signal, your operator can barely hear anything I said, she got both my wife and my name wrong!
- Obnoxious emergency hotline service
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: expect the worst of emergency hotline if you are stuck in their lifts, they hate their jobs and they are not afraid to show it

- - Elevator upgrade costs $175,000 and has frequent fire department rescues.
- - Call failures and slow repairs are common, and buyers should check feedback.
tke informed the condo assn i belong to that it needed a up to date elevator.now a year and a half later i have seen the fairview park fire department here countless times rescueing people that are stuck in the elevator.countless times it also malfuntions for calling or communication failures.the repair service is horribly slow, sometimes days for people to walk the staircase.if asked im shure that most of us would have preferred to keep the 175,000 dollars we spent on this piece of crap.buyers beware! shop before you buy, check feedback and reputation of different companies before you commit.

Preferred solution: another company
Tired of the company’s nonsense.
- - Misses scheduled maintenance and poor records.
- - Double charging due to no equipment.
- - Very difficult communication.
- - They fail to identify repairs needed.
Doesnt show up for scheduled maintenance, records show non performing maintenance, double charging because they Dont carry equipment to maintain service. Very difficult communication, and they definitely dont care about customer satisfaction at all. And fail to identify repairs needed.
User's recommendation: DO NOT HIRE RHIS COMPANY
