Faulty item

Good morning, my 75 year old mother purchased a suitcase in you Newcastle store on Wednesday 15/9/2021. She was on a break and had bought some Christmas gifts, so needed additional luggage. Back to hotel, packed case all set for travel on Thursday, on leaving the hotel within 5 minutes a wheel had came off and she has to drag it to train station as no time to return to store. Unfortunately we had left all tags and receipt at hotel bin. Is there anyway for this to be replaced as she was probably your first customer in that store that morning so sale could be verified, as 30 pounds is a lot of money to her.
