The manager is totally unfair and terribly disrepectful to his employees and uses the F word not only in person to the women but in emails to them as well. I hope the corporate, located in Houston, learns of his behavior soon. He fires his employees and doesn't give them a reason and so far has gotten away with it. He is very unprofessional and needs to be fired himself. This is a loan office that really takes advantage of their customers. Say, for instance, somone needs to borrow a thousand dollars, they have to pay back $2000.00.

I have never in my life dealt with very unprofessional people who do not have anything together know nothing about anything when you ask a specific question they have no answer.."district manager" never available they have no idea what recovery services they use can't tell people where their belongings are and I have never seen a pay off be twice as much more then what's borrowed they have a nice way of running a loan company "NOT" :(
