Refund on Celine Dion Tickets....

I was suppose to get a refund on Celine Dion concert tickets purchased in Oct 2019 for her August 2020 concert in Seattle. That was rescheduled for March 2021 due to Covid and that rescheduled one completely canceled due to her health issues. They said couldn't find anything related to this.

1/12/22: Still no word from TixCity. I took the advice of TicketSmarter who responded on behalf of TixCity, and I was able to manually dispute the charge with my bank on 12/13/21 but I haven't heard anything

Waited 15 minutes on hold with the 866# listed on this website. No one picked up. Had to hang up because I am at work

I bought tickets for $242.98 to The Weeknd's concert that was supposed to happen in 2020. I got emails every time the concert was post-poned.

I got an email from TixCity when the concert was cancelled 2 months ago (Oct 2021) saying to expect the refund to the card you paid with, within 90 days. I know it hasn't been 90 days yet but I have been trying to get in touch with the seller because I no longer have the card I used to purchase the tickets. No one answered the email I sent a month ago, the phone number on my invoice is disconnected.

I am starting to get worried my friend and I are out $243. Of course this happens at Christmas time when I was really counting on getting MY MONEY BACK.

Dont go through Well I have reserved hotel rooms twice now non refundable rooms. And would like to get reimbursed for them , this is ridiculous, I get the reason in 2020.. but I would like to just get reimbursed for the concert and the rooms

We bought tickets soccer's one year ago,they canceled because pandemic, that time they said we can get full refund from them,before i call they said wait until they open again,that time i can call or email them,now after a year i can't call or email them,is like they change all information about them. I just want my money back,is not my fault they canceled is mean they have to responsibility for that,i still have all receives from the tickets and notifications canceled from them.

Please help me how i can reach them and they give my money back. Thank you.

my concert was scheduled for June 10th 2020. It was canceled due to covid no big deal.

Except the company did not reach out yo me with any information. When I emailed(several several times) no one responded. I did not get any responses about the refund of my money until I contacted the BBB then I got an email. It said when tixcity reopens I will get my money back.

It has now been almost 2 months since I last got an email saying that. Still no refund still no information. This is awful business practices. It was directly taken out of my account and I am sure someone could go in long enough to return it.

I am sure there are many more people in the same situation.

That is over $400 that is owed to me. I could really use it for bills too.

Terrible! Couldn’t print concert tickets! People lied and said our tickets would be at the

Bought 4 tickets for a big country concert that was cancelled and rescheduled. Could not get my tickets to download.

Called every number and went on every site mentioned. Finally spoke to someone and he assured me that my tickets would be waiting for me at will call. Not!

The manager could not help me because they do not even deal with this company!!! Terrible experience!
