I never received any information from the insurance company (Chubb) or from Tivly other than a receipt for my payment that totaled $233.18.

I've reached out to Isabella via email several times to get this corrected but have not received any response other than she is checking on it. At this point, I would like a refund from Tivly for the fee I paid since the services I paid for were never rendered.
