Membership snafu

Its been over 2 weeks since they escalated my membership problem and Ive heard nothing. Ive called 3 times and theyve said it would take 3-5 days!

On top of that, theyve already deducted my monthly fee and initial fee, so they have my money and o have no membership. Im very angry to say the least.

No customer service

Changed credit cards and missed telling Tivity. Received email telling me account closed.

First notice. Link on website wont open. I went to internet to open.

Couldnt login because account is closed. Called the number provided which was never answered after hours of trying and trying and waiting on hold.
