Just wanted be able to use it without hesitation next time I visit my local gym

No customer service

Changed credit cards and missed telling Tivity. Received email telling me account closed. First notice. Link on website wont open. I went to internet to open. Couldnt login because account is closed. Called the number provided which was never answered after hours of trying and trying and waiting on hold.

User's recommendation: Keep info current or they just close account without preliminary notice.
