AI Highlights
  • - The title agent is described as a scammer.
  • - They say they signed documents never signed by the buyer; avoid this Maple Grove title firm.

In my opinion, the person I dealt with at this particular title Smart Office was a scammer. She had me sign documents that never got signed by the buyer.

But she made me believe that I was getting the things that I needed to get to make this thing happen. She and my realtor both scammed me into signing documents so that they could close the deal. They are scammers! If you have a choice of what title company you go with, don't go with this one.

Scammers! Do not use the one in Maple Grove; they hire scammers!

User's recommendation: If you have a choice in which title company you use, do not use this one they will scam you. If it benefits them they will scam you. No doubt. They did it to me.
