Wrongfully repossessed my vehicle

I used to pawn my title all the time in covington but i pawned it one time in conyers and still went to covington and made my payments i really forgot i pawned it in conyers that time but the title max in covington accepted and took my payments now conyers title max off highway 20 just repoed my truck if covington took the money for conyers titlemax am i wrong? I thought their all connected so shouldnt matter please help get tbis straightened out i need my truck back asap its my only way to work and im the breadwinner for my wife and kids

User's recommendation: Make sure u get and keep all your receipts and any paperwork cause they apparently cant.

TitleMax - My car has been reposed
My truck got repoed on Feb 9th 2022 and they still can't tell me where it is to retrieve my belongs I medicine and eye glasses in their as well as my handicapped placid I keep getting a run around from Garret at title max and IAA IN Wichita KS.

User's recommendation: Don't use title max.

My car got repossessed

I fell behind on payments on my loan when i would reach out to the store to talk to them about my situation, everyone had an absolutely horrible attitude as if i owed them the money personally. My car was repossessed at 11pm in a walmart parking lot while I was getting groceries with my 3 kids. i never recieved a notice of right to cure either.

I have tried to work with title max after having a wreck in the truck the loan was issued on and to say the least title max would not hardly work with me at all cwilliam.washburn@***.com

User's recommendation: Donot do this they are the worst route of the loaning title loans seem like a good way for emergencies but they are a very short term bandaid and then you are stuck just paying interest not the actual loan.

Needed emergency cash. Knew I pay out the butt I had no idea what kind of crooks they are . My vehicle is worth over 5000 said that she could only loan 900 waste of time.

Titlemax Title Loan Review from Los Angeles, California

I borrow a loan from TitleMAX. As I first time customer< I believed every word they told me. From the breakdown of the payments to the fess. I authorized TitleMax to pay for some exixsting parking tickets I had not paid. I signed a check for them to pay the fees on my behalf. A month later upon renewing my license I found out TitleMax never paid the tickets. Even worse, the tickets accumulated interest. TitleMax was unwilling to help me with the issue causing major loss of money on my end. I have not received an apology nor money returned for the damages I have. Run away from this company, fast.
