I was a notary who printed docs for a Quicken closing. Title Source cancelled closing 14 hours before closing and refused to pay the print fee for this. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR NOTARIES. They are not fair and do not practice what they preach, which is ethical and professional business standards. Sloppy work. I was the seller, and they were $25,000 off on the documents. They listed the original mortgage amount, not the payoff amount. Then, they failed to submit the proper paperwork to the county so that the deed could be recorded. This caused a week's delay. Not recommended.

The title work for Quicken Loans is provided by Title Source, Inc. All they do is run a current owner search whcih is not sufficient to make a loan. This is pre-recession type stuff. They should not be allowed to make a loan with that little of information. Thats what got us into trouble to begin with. The employees are not trained or experienced.
