NThis has been the worst company ever to deal with all the phone numbers are none working number calls cant be completed as dailed we are practically being held hostage in a contract that we have mailed in a written letter at their request to be released from and is still being billed for this system that isnt working and the company didnt deliver what was promised and *** in our wall from an incomplete installation.

The items have my name and address but you cannot see that the phone number on the package is not my number. I would like to know the bank or company that they used to pay for them. I want to cancel this alarm that I was forced into 5 years ago I'm sick and tired of paying for it sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't I need to know the full amount if not I guess I have to wait until June thank you I'm sick and tired of it. I want to know how much I have to pay.

Not responding I a timely manner.I was told that the alarm has to be going off at 2-5 minutes before someone calls to check. Unacceptable,a lot can happen in that time and my mother lived alone. I intentionally set it off twice and not receive a call at all. can't deal with that at all.looking for a different co.
