Having to resort to yet another email as no one answers your phone! 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer is a bit too much.

I booked a river cruise online at the end of December and have now recently found out you didn't confirm the booking despite your having taking the deposit out of my account on 30th Dec. The cabin I'd booked was no longer available, but I could have a lower deck one, which I reluctantly agreed. I am still waiting to find out if I still have a booking or not. Blaming a system error is not acceptable.

The cruise is 19th - 26th June from Budapest.

The flight was booked from Heathrow early morning. I would appreciate an early response from you.
