Display/Showroom location in a Denver area
- - Customer cannot find a Denver Titan display and must call many dealers; seeks Sunfire copperclad aluminum security door.
I asked to know which dealer has a titan premium security door on display. I want to see the Sunfire copperclad aluminum security door.
I was told that I have to call each dealer in my area to find out who might have a showroom. Do you realize how many Titan dealers there are in the Denver area? I was also told that Titan is building a showroom in Arizona. Really?
Do you expect me to drive to AZ? Im a customer interested in purchasing a $2000 door. Why cant they tell me where I can see their doors on display in the Denver area?
Why do I have to call dozens of dealers to find who might have a display?? Terrible terrible business model.
Preferred solution: A call from someone at Titan who can tell me which dealer in the Denver area has a premium security door display

Titan Gates, cost >$4000, nice gates, cheap $10 hinges/latches, fall down constantly, won't repair
- - I purchased 2 walk through and 1 set of drive through gates for $4000.
- - Gates are heavy and fell due to poor installation; no anchors installed.
I purchased 2 walk through and 1 set of drive through gates, they are very well made and attractive, cost was well over $4000. The drive through gates were never properly installed, they are very heavy but $10 hinges and plastic latches are used for installation, no hole was drilled to secure the center slide lock to the ground so every breeze caused the gates to fall down repeatedly.
Titan is in the Phoenix area, they want to charge over $200 every time the gates are reinstalled because even though they are under warranty they claim this is an act of nature and not covered.
These gates are lying on the ground more than they are up! Don't waste your money here.
