This company took money for services they did not deliver.
- - Paid in full for lawn work and cleanup; only partial cleanup was done.
- - They cut cable wires, did not notify, and remain unresponsive.
This company took money for lawn work and clean up work from the wind storm. They came and did only part of the clean up, absolutely NO lawn service and were paid n full.
I have called them daily, emailed them and tried to visit the address on their phony letterhead. There is no business at that address. They do not return phone calls or emails. When they were here they cut my cable wires in half and did not even let me know.
If I went into a business and took merchandise in the amount I have paid them, without paying for the merchandise, I would be in jail.
These people are thieves. NO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

NO SERVICE. NO REFUND. HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT?

Just check all the NEGATIVE reviews on YELP. These are terrible, terrible people who steal from seniors.
They steal! No question they should do jail time! Like many of their bad reviews, they were hired (150 dollars). They provided no service and didn't return calls.
I don't get how someone like this lives with himself. You have to be especially miserable to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS. I pray that law enforcement steps in and they do some jail time.
What's right is right. There are many people that have been ripped off by them and this is where the law needs to step in and put them out of business and punish them.
You're lucky they didn't come out after you paid. They came to my house and hit the house with their plow and won't answer the phone. I too am a senior but they don't care.

My West Bloomfield drive was never cleared

I hired Titan Seasonal Services to plow my drive. Thankfully it has been a mild winter because it is now Saturday and my family had to clear our driveway after we got 6-8 inches on Wednesday night into Thursday.
I have called and left message after message with no response. Along with several emails. My husband even went to there place of business but of course they weren't there! They were very quick to cash my prepaid check.
I will be persueing legal action to get my money back. They have breached my contract. What they don't realize is that they have lost a lot of business. Not only did I want to use them for my snow removal, I also have a lot of landscaping that needs to be done.
I could have been a repeat customer for them, but NEVER again. This company is a scam.

- - By Friday all neighbors' driveways were plowed and mine isn't.

It snowed all day Wednesday. Wednesday night it stopped snowing.
By 3pm Thursday, all my neighbors driveways were plowed. Today is Friday and my driveway is still not plowed. When I drove through my neighborhood today (Friday), EVERY SINGLE driveway is plowed.
EXCEPT MINE, because I'm the only fool that hired Titan. If it stopped snowing on Wednesday night, then why is my driveway still not plowed on Friday?
I have sent emails, left voicemails, no response.

This is the most fraud company, very irritating people who never reply calls. Also takes full payment upfront and do not provide services.
Also dont refund the money. I am in process to show it on Fox 2 news to let people know not to get cheated by them.
Never ever give them any business. The man is eloped and lady is very mannerless to talk to.

Friday, FEB, 18, 2022 Jack, this is my 3rd or 4th year as a customer. Each year, when I sign my contract, I request that you clear the snow in front of the garage door that is not blocked by any of the cars in the drive.
Again this year when I signed my contract with you, I made the same request. You said you would take care of it, and again, this has not happened ! ! You do this at my neighbor's house next door who is also a customer.
