Poor customer service/broken equipment

We purchased a soil conditioner from Titan which lasted about 3 hours. I've called customer service numerous times and no one is helpful. It's been about a month and no one can help us. When I do get someone on the phone they have no knowledge of the equipment, how it works, or parts needed for replacement. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

I have purchased a skid steer loader from Wehai Titan Heavy Machinery in China for $22000 usd , they have sent a machine that was built by the sales managers (Julie *** ) Friend ,and not in their factory , she admitted this by text the other night , the engineers report says it all , but i cannot seem to load the report on this form . The machine will not start now and will not turn , left or right as there is a grinding sound coming from the Gearbox and is leaking Hydraulic OIl , on my premises . Please note that the machine comes with a one year warranty I have asked for a full refund and i am prepared to pay for the shipping back to china , and they still have declined all , suggestions from me , even to replace the machine with a working and safe machine . Can you please advise on this situation , I have made many purchases from China before and was very happy to do business with other companies and will do more business with chinese companies in the future , This company will not defer me from dealing with other companies on Alibaba . As they have a partner here in Australia i suggested that they contact Him and ask for a recommended engineer to come to my premises to complete a Mechanical report on the Machine , But the are not interested , Their Australian agent agreed with me in sending it back to china ,as he said himself . but WeiHai Titan Heavy Machinery still refuses to do the right thing . I would like to load more evidence but your form will only accept one file , i Cannot load anymore if you can please send me an email address so i can add more evidence as i have so much to add , pictures and engineers report plus I have pleaded with this company so many times to do the right thing , Now i am in the process in writing an email to the trade commissioner in the chinese embassy here in Australia and making a formal complaint about Weihai Titan Heavy Machinery . I have had a few Mechanical companies look at the machine and they will not touch it as They said i will lose my so called warranty , and to top it all , I cannot get insurance on this machine due to it been unsafe and dangerous to drive . I have given this company plenty of time to rectify this issue , but still avoid me , tell me to stay calm and do not get angry . The port charges and duties entering Australia were and Extra $8000 aud , so in total I am out $38000aud I am looking forward to Alibaba helping me as i am a buyer ? purchaser of Products .

Ive owned my Titan Grapple model SERG60 for less than 30 days. With only a few hours of use the pivot pin feel out of the hydraulic cylinder. I called Titan twice and spoke with the service department, I asked if I could purchase a pivot pin to replace the one that fell out. I was told they only sell parts to dealers. That is not the news I wanted to hear. Especially since I own 3 Titan implements. Had I known this fact, I would not have purchased the implements in a package deal. Lesson learned.

Gross overcharges - poor workman ship

Case 450 skidsteer was delivered to Titan Machinery, located in Great Falls, Mt. for a 1000hr. service and a brake lock switch. We were grossly overcharged labor wise for the 1000 hr. service and for the brake switch. Titan's service manager was hand delivered a corporate check in full (overcharges included) on pickup. A promised call by the Titan service manager to address issues was not received.

User's recommendation: Go somewhere else. (we were a customer for more than 25 yrs. ) the 450 Case skidsteer came back after service strongly pulling to the left, still locking up while moving,idleing too fast, stiff joy sticks, doesn't always stop when bar is lifted which is very dangerous. This skidsteer was run by me for 5hrs. on ( 6/4/2021 ) .

Service was a joke

We called Titan of Davenport to repair our JLG boom lift, since they have worked on it before. They sent a service guy who actually admitted, he didn’t know anything about our lift at all. He looked over everything, cleaned some terminals, but didn’t fix anything. Said he would have to call someone who knew something about them. Never heard back, then received an invoice for over $500.00. WOW, that is a nice scam going there. We paid it, with protest, with no results. Won’t ever give them business again. Crooks!!!

Rental got expensive!

I rented a tr 320 on a 1 day rental, $329, not bad. 6.58 environmental charge 100.00 delv 100.00 pickup (20 miles) 49.35 damage waiver 36.38 tax 149.50 fuel (currant fuel price here is 2.15 a gallon, 23 gallons nice service charge) 7.5 hours on machine, I should have paid someone to do the job, would cost a lot less. They didn't lie but I didn't expect close to a $100.00 service charge for not fueling it myself. (my bad) I understand they need to pay there driver, but at this rate he should be rich! Drop off, pick up and fuel, 1 1/2 hours tops, for $300.00, (ouch). Lesson learned, last time.

Double charge by Titan Machinery

On July 2, 2013 we needed a switch for the air conditioning on our New Holland Tractor. Titan Machinery in Thief River Falls had the switch so I charged it on my debit card. After it was paid for my mother drove 80 miles to pick up the part. The transaction cleared my bank on July 3 and Titan Machinery was paid in full. On October 14 I received in the mail an invoice for the price of the same part we paid for in full and picked up in July. We have not been to Titan Machinery since July and hope to never have to go there again. So I do not know how they were able to send an invoice for a part we did not get in October, but they are determined to collect. they sent a statement on October 25 saying they expect to be paid by November 13. The only reason they have not billed my credit card or any other account is because I always insist they do not store the numbers. So make sure you never give your credit card information to Titan Machinery or they will store it and charge you at will for things you never pick up.
