Titan Homes - Customer Care Review

Spoke with the GM for a few days prior to making a 2 hour trip to see Titan homes and told him we are only LOOKING!. He spent the first hour telling us how they were better then Palm Harbor (um no). Long story short, I felt like a hostage in his office and was nearly in tears, couldn't leave. Then he told me my brain is like a pc of paper. We finally told him there is no way we will do anything that day and need to talk with the family. We ran out of there and walked back into Palm Harbor and signed for a house that was 10k more but the people were better. The next day after I told him we are not interested he said "oh wow" and asked for my family members number. Save yourself the hassel and avoid them.
