Horrible customer service, after warranty expires
I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Telescoping Gantry Crane for my personal business and only used few times and now the craneDo lifting mechanism is broken and doesn't wind and this is a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD. Over 20 emails and no assistance or guidance for a repair solution.
User's recommendation: Do not buy.

My product not being delivered from your carrier
Finally got the product from carrier and it is the wrong thing! The item we got was more money than the item we paid for! Now have to wait to see if we are getting money back for the difference in cost or sending it back and canceling order all together Not at all happy!

Product is not built to spec.
Bought a tooth bar for a 48 inch bucket the bar came 48.25 inch long. Call customer svc. No help need to modify unit. After 4 hrs of cutting and reweld unit to fit. Hey it final fit a 48 inch bucket. I would not recommend buying this product fr titan
