Don't trust them

Signed up with service from Titan, had multiple problems with the system. They were very good about replacing it and other components that were faulty, unfortunately we still have experiences with the system randomly beeping for no reason. Biggest issue we currently have is the billing. Our contract states that our service is $49.95/mo on a 36 month contract, but 4 months in we start receiving bills for $52.95. I reread the contract and low and behold the fine print does in fact state that they can raise the fee up to 5%/year. I know it's our fault for not reading carefully, but still I think that a huge crock for our bill to jump after just 4 months! I can only imagine that their intent is to raise it the full 5% every year. Other problems we had were receiving the incorrect cameras with our original order (regular instead of the night-visions we were promised). Final issue is that their customer service is only open during regular working hours (m-f from like 9-4), which makes it difficult for people who can use a phone on the job to call in and get appropriate assistance

We monitor all occupants in AZ dta secure one is the best unless you want crip and bloods in your home there good at disgui zing themselves.

I have had service with several companies like this and I tell you any company that will take responsibility and replace a product the moment you tell them there is a problem is awesome. Most companies will charge and charge and charge.

When it comes to expensive things like cameras they say that those are to order so it is more likely that you didn't order what you later wanted, also I didn't see in your statement that they quoted an additional charge. I would assume that a camera with night vision would typically cost more than a camera without night vision.

Maybe I am just in a bad place with the security company I have now but I would have to say that I would much rather have a company that will do something. Specially quickly.

Titan Alarm Sucks

Titan came by my house to offer me a special deal for putting a sign in my yard since I was on a corner lot in a neighborhood they had no presence in. I was supposed to get a new alarm system and gift cards to cover the first 2 years of monitoring. Instead of a new alarm system, they reused the 15 year old door and window sensors (which keep falling off and setting off my alarm). The gift cards to cover the cost of the monitoring never came. The monitoring company never calls to confirm false alarms so I keep getting billed by the city of Phoenix for having cops show up at my house. These guys are a bunch of crooks.

I am with Titan for 5 years and it's awsomee!

They really helped with anything i needed

So Dan how long have you worked for Titan? LMAO weak company I tell ya

Mr. Stickybeatz.

We apologize about the unpleasant experience you have had. I wanted to provide some helpful information and direct you to the right place to receive solutions. Vouchers were actually purchased and given you as a customer as a free gift. Those were never intended to "cover" monitoring fee's which may occur.

You did need to follow procedures from the voucher company to actually receive those vouchers or rebates from them or it was their program. I'm sorry about the sensor issue. When you signed up for service originally the only way we would have used existing sensors is if you had chosen and approved us doing so. The most likely scenario that happened is you may have used the new equipment to cover other areas and opted to use the currently installed equipment.

Titan Alarm makes it very clear in a recorded call before you sign up for service that we do not warranty your existing equipment so we recommend replacing it at the time of installation. Titan monitoring is a 5 diamond facility which places it in the top 3% of all monitoring centers in the country rated nationally. If you have had issues with false alarms and your phone not being called, you may have changed your cell phone or home number and may need to call the office to update your emergency contacts. Many of these issues are simple fixes for our customer service department and if you were to call in, I'm confident you would have a technician dispatched to your home within 24 hours if not the same day to fix the sensor issue.

The emergency contact list would about 30 seconds to update with anyone of the corporate staff if you call in M-F 9AM-6PM 800-973-****. Again, we apologize for your experience so far. Customer service and "delighting" customers is our number 1 job. We bend over backwards for our customers and will do so for you if you would give us the chance by calling our offices and letting us take care of the issues that have arisen.

Thank you for your business. You are our job security.

Wow, I am impressed on the response from Titan. I am researching and trying to decide on different companies to go with for a new home alarm system.

After coming across this, I think it speaks miles that Titan has reached out to resolve the miscommunication to work toward resolution and a lasting relationship. Kudos!

Wow my *** this is clearly Titan alarm writing these lame comments for bad reviews. Just face it you guys suck there are plenty of other companies capable of providing better service than weak *** Titan alarm.
