Poor service rude staff complain and you are their target!
please be wary of fake 5 star reviews and lies that they will deal with complaints - they don't! You're paying top rates for dirty space, loud generator sounds while having massage, smelly rooms, and extremely rude female receptionists who are more concerned about the male customers and catching their eye that actually working.
Even going as far as lying there is no availability for a treatement because you made a complaint! Funny because they're closing branches due to no customers but then the standing branches with customers they're continuing with their rude unprofessional behaviour. Outdated decor and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Staff seem disinterested and unfriendly, creating an uncomfortable experience.
The flood of overly positive Google reviews feels suspicious and seems intended to overshadow genuine criticism. Overall, it doesnt live up to the hype.receptionist staff so rude
