Air Conditioning Parts Review

Sold me $679.00 in air conditioning parts. And ac. Still does'nt . Then told me 500.00 , would be refunded . Then went back on went back on his word the next day. But even worse than that . The manager flat out lied to my wife and said that I had threatened him with a 2 x 4 .There is something really wrong with this individual . This guy is crooked. and he's the Manager

American Tire Depot North Hollywood

This email is a formal complaint against American Tire Depot branch located in North Hollywood for fradulent misrepresentation and a complete failure to provide basic customer service from both employee and manager. On May 9, 2011 my husband Antonio Galvan which has been a loyal customer for over 5 years now walked into American Tire Depot to inquire about two replacement tires that we needed for a Mercedes Benz. We currently had a spare tire on our vehicle and the same day had gotten another flat tire so we needed assurance that two tires of the same brand and size were going to be available for immediate replacement. The gentlemen which my husband spoke to hereto referred to as sales person 001 assured him that there were two tires in stock. However, our vehicle was in the driveway of our home in Stevenson Ranch so we decided to purchase one replacement and install it ourselves and since it was too late to come back the same day we would come back on the following day to purchase the other tire and get it installed there. Promptly the next morning on May 10, 2011 my son drove to North Hollywood on the spare tire with the guarantee that we were gonna have the replacement tire in, since, we knew there was a guarantee the tire was in stock. He went inside only to be ignored by a gentlemen, who was apparently very busy on the telephone discussing how he commutes once a week to Bakersfield to check on his rental properties. After this employee decided he wanted to tend his customer he was very rude and told my son that the tire was not in stock and it would not be in stock until May 11, 2011. At this point, we were stuck with a brand new replacement tire and a spare which we could not rely on due to safety hazard. We, therefore were forced to exhaust other resources by driving to practically every tire shop within the area to see if they had this particular WINRUN model. At achieving no luck we decided to call American Tire Depot and see if there was anything possible to be done granted we purchased the tire reliant on the fraudulent information provided from the sales person that it was in stock. At this point per our conversation I felt that the sales person took absolutely no responsibility nor made an initiative to offer a solution to my problem. The employee's tone throughout the conversation lacked importance and interest. He urged my husband not to come in if we were going to complain, he said "there were other customers that needed to be helped and he could not waste his time." My husband was very disappointed because we held American Tire Depot at a higher standard of integrity and customer service. Finally, on May 11, 2011 we called early morning to check the status on the tire after being brushed of the phone call as if I was a nuisance the employee who answered the telephone stated that they were short staffed and could not resolve my matter and he would return my call shortly. After a 4 hour "short-wait" I decided to give them a call back. This is when the customer service went from bad to pessimistic- a gentlemen answered the telephone and put me a short hold, when he returned he said that the tire was not going to be in until Friday possibly and had absolutely no guarantee that the tire was going to be in. After hearing negative tone towards me and his ill mannered responses I asked if I could please speak to a manager, he replied, "I am the manager." I was so disappointed to discover that as a manager he took absolutely no personal interest in his customers and provided horrible service if not worse service than his actual employees. He told me that all I could do is wait and that if I would please stop calling because he had about 5 customers around him staring at him and he could no longer waste his time speaking to me. He also restated what that there was no guarantee that the tire would be in by Friday and that if it did he would call me. Towards the end our conversation I expressed to him that I did not appreciate his attitude and that I he had horrible customer service skills and I would speak to corporate to make sure they know how unprofessional and unhelpful he is. He then added a comment that I interpreted as "go ahead I don't care." At the end of our conversation I told him that I will be there Friday and he said no there is no guarantee I will have your tire anymore by Friday and in the event it is there wait for my call and stop calling us!!!! As a business owner I am baffled by this team of employees at the North Hollywood Branch. I dont understand how a corporation big or small can allow any employee to speak to customers the way these employees did and show absolutely no interest in finding solutions to problems or at the very littlest providing basic customer service. I am definitely unhappy with the service and more so that I am stuck with purchasing the 2nd tire there because of the lack of recognition of the tire brand anywhere else in the valley. I will make every effort to inform all my family, friends and colleagues to stay away from this unprofessional, unhelpful, lack of etiquette establishment.

I spent $600 on 4 new tires in Sept.2016

They are already bald

Im questioning did i get used tires in first place

Smh im disgusted with the employees they all are horrible representation of customer service

North Hollywood Store on Laurel Canyon Freddie and Jose You shouldn't be on customer service business
