Accumulation of mistakes and mishandling- horrendous customer service!

A time sensitive order costing over $450, for which I even paid extra to have rushed shipping, remained stuck in creation phase, even on the date it was promised to be delivered without such much as an email alerting me of the delay, let alone any apologies or proposed solutions when I noticed customer service of the issue. To add insult to injury, Ibeas simply offered a 10$ gift certificate!

Thats less than what I was charged to expedite the shipment in the first place. The customer service agent seemed drunk, taking between 5 and 10 minutes to write vague template answers that made no sense and didnt remotely acknowledge the problem, and even less attempt to mitigate it. Cant believe how awful this experience has been.

Never ever again am ai wasting a single cent in Tiny Prints. They are just a glammed up version of Shutterfly, which amounts to a scam operation with shamefully misleading advertising and abhorrent disregard for their clientele.

The confusion on where my package is. Holiday cards were ordered on December 5, it is now December 16 and my holiday cards were in the town I live in apparently according to UPS and then they were shipped back out to Edgewood New York.

There has been no update since.

Package is no where to be found! Never use a company that works with UPS mail innovations either!

I thought this was associated with tiny prints and feel mislead. They always had great service, abd you are using a sneaky way to gather company info and my personal info...which really frustrates me. Do not contact me or use any of my info...I will sue..
