We walked into this puppy clinic. Was told we could only hold one dog and could not put it on the floor.

There were many dogs in each glass window. They looked large for being puppies. I asked why they were so big and she said they have been there a while. We didnt understand why the dogs could t go in the floor, later found out they didnt want to spread infection.

We decided to hold a puppy my husband has his eye on. He was so adorable. He was 7 months old, almost all black. We paid $3000 dollars for him.

This was much more than my last dog I purchased from a puppy store. Prices seemed to have gone way up. The manager said for a 5 star review we would get a gallon bag of dog food or a $10 Amazon card. We thought the dog food would be good to have since we didnt want to upset the puppies stomach.

We agreed although the service was far from good. We were in love with this puppy though. We had just lost our dog two weeks prior and just so heart broken. We wanted badly to love another dog and care for it.

We brought him home and finally put him down and he refused to walk. It took 24 hrs before he took a step. We were scared he didnt get moved. He also had crust on his ear tips.

I looked this up and it could of been a variety of things, some manageable to some being very bad infections. We also noticed a lot of discharge from the ears and his penis and we decided to immediately schedule an appointment with our vet and called the manager of the store that said were available 24/7. Manager took a day to get back to us. We expressed our concerns and told them we would let them know once we saw the vet.

After our appt. We found our dog had an infection in his penis and had a double ear infection. This lead to additional appointments and medication for days and she told us this was not a breedable dog due to its Illnesses. We paid for an aka certified breedable dog.

Top of the line!!! We love our boy but we complained. The owner said they would reimburse us and sent a partial check but when I contacted them after they said they would pay additional they decided to ignore us. The check was for $394 but there were many other charges.

We just wanted them to work with us but not we are upset they will not respond. I feel people should know these dogs are being kept in an in closed area and are getting big and are too expensive for the problems they have. Dogs can not be breed with any issues or they will transfer them to their puppies.

The owner also is not taking responsibility for issues our dog had even after they said they would cover our additional vet expenses. We have been more than fair.
