If there were a chance to have negative stars, this would be the candidate for it. Tint World should not be in business as a whole. Saying it was the worst experience is an understatement. Based on the following reviews before me, it doesn't even sound like the same place. How the owners have treated us as customers is beyond me.
The worst attitude and verbal abuse that we have had to endure is insane. Speaking of insane, these are the owners of the company. The layout of facts will be a four part series, so I will be updating this every day. Facts of the owners not running an honest business, how they fabricate lies, damage to property (brand new three days old $125,000 Denali Ultimate), accusations about the customer that are so unprofessional, misleading company refund policies; that's just the start.
They used our vehicle for their own social media platform after they messed up the tint and chrome delete. I would not let them wrap a bike; heck, I wouldn't let them wrap a hood of my truck. Which brings me to another point, the only thing they (the owners) can do are hoods, not a detailed wrap that we were promised for an overpriced deal to start. I will update pictures next of the disaster. Beware, do not go here.
One more thing, did I mention the fact the owner had to mention that she is active in the community and church? That is scary in itself after they have destroyed parts of our $125,000 Yukon Denali. But the loud mouth owner is saying this to a first responder that saves lives.

Not honoring a warranty

I wrapped a vehicle in November 2020 for over $5000. The wrap is peeling fading tearing and bubbling and is under a five year warranty. Tint world will not honor the warranty nor answer my emails, voicemails, phone calls, or visits to the store.
